Orlando Murphy is our longest-serving snagging inspector with over 5 years of experience in the field. In addition to conducting thousands of inspections, Orlando manages our social media publications.

He has a comprehensive understanding of building regulations and warranty providers' tolerances. Orlando's passion for the construction trade led him to become a fully qualified carpenter, and he pursued further education to become a member of the RPSA Residential Property Surveyors Association.

He has also attained NVQ Level 3 DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) certification and a diploma in Applied Building Thermography.

Throughout his career in the domestic construction trade, Anthony has accumulated invaluable hands-on experience as an NVQ Level 3 carpenter. He worked his way up to a supervisory role before pursuing further education and becoming a member of the RPSA Residential Property Surveyors Association. Additionally, Tony has attained NVQ Level 3 DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) certification and a diploma in Applied Building Thermography. 

Tony is driven by a passion for achieving high-quality finishes and has an extensive understanding of building regulations and warranty providers' tolerances. 

Gino is a highly experienced building surveyor who has been with New Home Quality Control for over a year, covering the Yorkshire, North West, and North East areas. With a background in both managerial and trade positions within the construction industry, Gino has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building process. 

After completing his CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) certification, Gino moved into building surveying and has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has also furthered his education by accruing a level 3 NVQ in Domestic Energy Assessing (DEA) and has a diploma in Applied Building Thermography. 

As a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveying Association), Gino stays up to date with the latest industry standards and practices. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to New Home Quality Control. He always goes the extra mile to ensure that our clients are satisfied with his service, and we are proud to have him on our team. 

Dean Wilson spent 12 years serving his county in the HM forces in high-threat search and bomb disposal, after gaining NVQ Lvl 4 in Residential construction and management he then went on to work for several major UK developers, Wimpey, David Wilson, Bloor Homes, and Lovell as a site manager / Construction project manager.

Dean joined our ranks in early 2022 and has carried out hundreds of fully comprehensive reports for new home quality control.

He is also a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association), achieved NVQ Lvl 3 in domestic energy assessments as well as a diploma in Applied Building Thermography.

Joe is a fully qualified Building Surveyor holding a BSc in Building Surveying, a Lvl 3 NVQ in domestic energy assessments as well as a diploma in Applied Building Thermography. Alongside this, Joe had worked on-site across various trades for over a decade.

Joe has been involved in the new build snagging industry for 5 years, snagging hundreds of properties across dozens of developments nationally, and is a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association)

Cameron is a qualified building surveyor holding an NVQ level 5 in Construction Management in addition to a Higher National Diploma and being a member of both CABE (chartered association of building engineers) and RPSA (residential property surveyors association) as well as a diploma in Applied Building Thermography

Cameron has 10 years of industry experience working as a Building Control surveyor

Cameron has now been working in the snagging industry for over 2 years now and has inspected hundreds of properties and has a vast knowledge of building regulations and warranty provider tolerances.

Troy has many years of hands-on construction industry experience which later resulted in him working his way up to become a site manager, gaining many accreditations and qualifications along the way, Troy was a site manager for a well-known, reputable developer prior to joining the New Home Quality Control team.

Troy has an NVQ level 3 DEA (Domestic energy assessor) a member of the RPSA (residential property surveying association) and holds a diploma in Applied Building Thermography
