Orlando Murphy is our longest-serving snagging inspector with over 5 years of experience in the field. In addition to conducting thousands of inspections, Orlando manages our social media publications.
He has a comprehensive understanding of building regulations and warranty providers’ tolerances. Orlando’s passion for the construction trade led him to become a fully qualified carpenter, and he pursued further education to become a member of the RPSA Residential Property Surveyors Association.

Gino is a highly experienced building surveyor who has been with New Home Quality Control for over a year, covering the Yorkshire, North West, and North East areas. With a background in both managerial and trade positions within the construction industry, Gino has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building process.
After completing his CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) certification, Gino moved into building surveying and has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has also furthered his education by accruing a level 3 NVQ in Domestic Energy Assessing (DEA) and has a diploma in Applied Building Thermography.
As a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveying Association), Gino stays up to date with the latest industry standards and practices. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to New Home Quality Control. Dean Wilson spent 12 years serving his county in the HM forces in high-threat search and bomb disposal, after gaining NVQ Lvl 4 in Residential construction and management he then went on to work for several major UK developers, Wimpey, David Wilson, Bloor Homes, and Lovell as a site manager / Construction project manager.
Dean joined our ranks in early 2022 and has carried out hundreds of fully comprehensive reports for new home quality control.
He is also a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association), achieved NVQ Lvl 3 in domestic energy assessments as well as a diploma in Applied Building Thermography.
